Parador de Cazorla
At the heart of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas, at a height of 1,400 metres, the Parador de Cazorla offers spectacular views and serves delicious cuisine.
With a menu specialising in game in season, it offers boar in red wine and fillet of venison on the grill, and also traditional cuisine, serving —for example— talarines (rabbit casserole with spearmint), loin of venison, mountain-style trout and sweet gachas (like porridge) with aniseed.
Other local produce such as figs, walnuts, thyme, rosemary, quince, almonds and plums —which are the secret of the flavour of our dishes— are used to make the different dishes and desserts on the menu at the Parador de Cazorla. The delicious mountain menu is available all year round.
In the summer, its terrace is an exceptional place for listening to the pleasant sounds of nature.
