The Reventón Farm

El Reventón Farm is located in the district of La Hiruela, in the Sierra de Cazorla, Jaén, within a naturally beautiful setting that preserves the traditional layout of Andalusian orchards, with fruit trees and other iconic, centuries-old trees.

It is a family-run farm, dedicated to traditional agriculture for 55 years. In 2014 they began to produce organic fruits and vegetables, using methods based on agro-ecology and permaculture. Rocío Olivares is in charge of their products coming straight from the farm to the table through sales at her stand in the Cazorla food market.

Under the guidance of Rocío, a farmer with a long family tradition and an environmental expert, you'll learn the techniques of organic farming used on this farm, which has been producing crops for over 50 years. Through an educational guided itinerary, you will discover sensations, walking and perceiving smells, the colour and flavours of an organic farm with century-old trees.

After the walk, you will enjoy a tasting of seasonal products and have the opportunity to buy vegetables and fruits directly from the farmer who, with such care, cultivated such high-quality, healthy products.
