Centro Temático Oleotour Cazorla
The Oleotour Cazorla Thematic Centre, located in Cazorla, Jaén, features an excellent recreation of a historic oil mill from the first half of the 20th century, preserved in perfect condition.
As if time were standing still, the museum has been designed down to the last detail to show how the olive mill worked. Here, you can observe the entire EVOO production process, from the machinery used to the transformation of the fruit and its different forms throughout the process.
