Lusco Taberna y Restaurante is located in the heart of the town of Cazorla, Jaén.
Its goal since it opened in 2014 has been to promote local cuisine and products, applying the avant-garde techniques that chef Alan Triñanes has acquired over his many years of experience.
The restaurant has three separate spaces: the dining room, a private room for groups, and a terrace with scenic views of the surroundings. Lusco also organises paired tastings and tastings of products from the Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas mountain ranges (cheeses, wines, EVOO).
