Aceites Castellar

Aceites Castellar is located in the province of Jaén in town of Castellar. The Province of Jaén is the “Olive Tree's Paradise”. The healthy properties of this mythical tree have been known since ancient times and still today we find wild olive trees - "acebuches"- and it has become a benchmark worldwide due to the huge production and the quality of its olive oil.

Aceites Castellar provides guided tours to its olive grove near to the Olive Press. The guide will explain the process and means for harvesting the olives; then on to the Olive Press where the process for creating and producing the genuine, natural extra virgin olive oil called “Nobleza del Sur“ is explained.
