El Cortijo Eco Tapas Bar is a small rural & gastro place perfect to enjoy the spanish typical cuisine full of taste and tradition but spiced with new touches. Located in a pretty natural environment, just below the magical castle of Castellar (XIII century) which keeps a lovely village, medieval fortress, inside. A unique place to taste original tapas, while enjoying amazing views.

We cook with care and time, fusing tradition with new trends so we can offer the flavor of the typical recipies –traditional stews, game meats, local fish or organic vegetables from the garden of Cádiz, among others- created and presented with the taste of nowadays. Also inspired by cuisines from other parts of Spain and, why not, international ones. But always converted to our personal style, cooked with the best local eco products from Cádiz.

Specifications: Open kitchen from 12:00 to 6:00 pm. The menu is available gluten free and adapted to other food intolerances! Special Menus for groups or celebrations (Tapas menu, Tasting menu, Dinner & Live Music...). Come and meet us!!
