Restaurante La Gañanía
The restaurant is located at Finca La Almoraima, an old convent, and belongs to the pensión of the same name.
It offers excellent regional cuisine, focusing on game dishes. Typical house dishes depend on the season. In winter: thistle casserole, Almoraima-style venison fillet and pears with red wine; in summer: Cordoba salmorejo (thick gazpacho made with bread), boar in chestnut sauce and cheesecake.
