At Crestellina Cheeses, we invite you to enjoy a full experience where you can learn about the professions of goatherd and cheesemaker for a morning. This is a hands-on experience where you can milk our goats, make your own cheese to take home and enjoy a tasting of our cheeses paired with a local wine.

We will start by mixing all the ingredients to make a fresh cheese, following our family recipe. While the cheese curdles, you will learn about the protected environment where we are located and how we came to this mountain range 90 years ago. You will be able to meet the stars of our farm, the Payoya goats, and you will have the opportunity to milk them in a traditional way just before they go out to the mountains to graze.

Then we will learn together how to make your own cheese in an artisanal way. After packaging each cheese, we will show you in a short video how we do it in the factory. Of course, we will finish with a tasting of our Payoya goat cheeses, complete with a sensory analysis and accompanying them with a local wine.

At the end of the activity, if you wish, you will have the opportunity to buy our products in our store. We like to support local producers, which is why you will also find in our shop, in addition to our own products, a selection of high-quality local products: wines, craft beers, 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork sausages, preserves, honey, jams and much more.
