La Casa Chica has a capacity for 4/5 persons and has two floors. On the ground floor, there are a wide lounge with sofa-bed and a kitchen with fireplace and T.V. On the first floor, there are a bathroom and two double bedrooms, one of them has outside access to the patio. The house is fully fitted with air-conditioning and heating in bedrooms, hot water and kitchen equipment, as well as bed linen, towels, communal washing machine and swimming pool (50 m), and a barbecue outside.
