The space:

Nuevo Portil Tourist Housing is a terraced house is in a private urbanization with 2 community pools (adults / children) and 3 glass paddle tennis courts. It was built in 2006 and is in perfect condition. It has 175 m² built on 3 floors. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning. All the terraces of the house have views of the golf course.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living-dining room, a toilet, a built-in wardrobe and a patio-porch. The kitchen is independent and has a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, mixer and all the necessary utensils. Capacity for 6 people. TV. The patio-porch has garden furniture.
On the first floor is the master bedroom suite, with 1 double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The bedroom has its own full bathroom. It also has a terrace with furniture. On this same floor there is another bedroom with 2 single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. There is also another full bathroom with a shower.

The second floor is a spacious attic room with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. It also has a terrace with furniture.

This house also has 2 underground parking spaces, although it is quite easy to park on the street, very close to the entrance.

Guest access:

- Guests have access to the entire community: underground garage (2 parking spaces included), 2 swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), 3 paddle tennis courts and large garden areas.

- Guests have at their disposal a television connected to the internet by a Chromecast (to be able to use apps, such as Netflix, HBO MAX, Prime Video, Disney+, etc.). In addition, home-office is totally possible. All these advantages are thanks to the high speed internet that the house has (symmetric fiber optics).

- An optional cleaning service of 3 days a week and 2 hours a day is offered. This service is subject to availability and has an additional cost of €90 per week.

- Optional cot service is offered for children from 0 to 3 years old. This service is subject to availability and has an additional cost of €50 per stay.

Other information

House rules: Check-in: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Checkout: 12:00 PM.No smoking. No parties or events. Pets are allowed on request (only allowed dogs and cats. Only 1 pet is allowed per reservation. In addition, it is forbidden for the pet to climb on the sofa, beds, and chairs, in order to avoid possible allergies in future guests). It has an additional cost of €50 per stay. It is not allowed under any circumstances to light the fireplace. It is not allowed to leave the air conditioning on while no one is at home or if the windows are open. We must protect the environment!
