Located in the beautiful historic site of Carmona, the Restaurante Molino de La Romera occupies an old oil mill of Moorish origin which was restored a number of times, culminating in the 18th century. The traditional old machinery, powered by wheels drawn by animals, with a tower and a wooden beam press, was in operation until 1937.

Today, Molino de La Romera is cuisine, a charcoal-grill and traditional Andalusian desserts in an old Moorish mill with vaults, a fireplace and a lookout tower.

Molino del Romera has a very varied menu, a little bit of everything. A cuisine that includes traditional regional dishes like spinach with chickpeas, game dishes and pork cheeks, grilled or stewed, and a wide variety of tapas and portions. Pastry dishes like the home-made egg custards deserve special mention, exceptional!

Tuesday to Saturday, 1pm to 4pm and 8pm to 11pm. Sunday, 1pm to 4pm.
