El Ruedo restaurant is located in the historic and tourist municipality of Carmona, in Seville. It has typical Andalusian decoration, with a markedly rustic character, and it is the ideal spot to enjoy Andalusian cuisine in a simple and honest atmosphere, in terms of tradition, good food and excellent service.

On the ground floor, you can enjoy traditional tapas accompanied by good sherry, the perfect wine for trying dishes such as eggs with bechamel sauce, grilled liver, El Ruedo pork fillet, baby squid, pig cheek, etc.

The top floor has a spacious dining room, especially adapted for all kinds of family celebrations, such as weddings, christenings, communions, company lunches or dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, stag parties or hen nights.
