Abacería Museo Restaurante
Abacería Museum Restaurant brings back the good customs of traditional cooking in a particularly unique place. Its walls are packed with history, as it's located in the stables of the Marqués de las Torres Mansion, dating from the 18th century, and which houses the Carmona City Museum.
The Abacería Museum restaurant is run by the Miro family and is a gastronomic benchmark in the city of Carmona. Their experience, since 1978, is more than enough to satisfy the most demanding palates. And if that wasn't enough, grandma Amparo has passed over her recipe book with traditional dishes, which is what they've been cooking for over forty years.
Therefore, La Abacería has made a niche in the city's gastronomy, becoming a popular place to have a midday snack or enjoy the best local products. Top quality wines and produce, such as meats and cheeses, form part of its marvellous cuisine.
The cuisine is based on tradition and the excellent quality of the ingredients. You can also purchase regional products such as oils, pulses, preserves, honey, sweets and many more. Abacería Museum Restaurant has several dining rooms and a courtyard for celebrations and events of any kind.
