Almazara La Matilla

Almazara La Matilla is located on the estate of the same name in the town of Carmona, Seville.  In the countryside, it is still possible to walk among olive trees in the traditional hills of Carmona, farmland that has been home to olive groves since Palaeolithic times. The area has a wealth of archaeological remains from that period that prove this to be true.

Finca La Matilla spans 40 hectares of olive trees, from which the most productive and highest quality fruits are selected to produce exceptional gourmet olive oil. This is done naturally, using cold extraction and baskets, an olive-growing tradition of yesteryear.

A visit to Finca La Matilla offers the chance to experience nature in the heart of the Seville countryside. You can tour the mill, explore the organic orchard, make your own extra virgin olive oil, enjoy a yoga session among the olive trees, or savour traditional miller’s breakfasts and lunches surrounded by olives. 

They offer tailor-made experiences for groups of 10 or more, which can include gastronomic services, such as catering with local products, or personalised gifts for special occasions (corporate events, anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, etc.).
