Molino Las Palomas Country House is in the Cordovan town of Carcabuey.

Country House Las Palomas is an old 19th-century mill, completely restored, and equipped with all comforts, in an ideal location of the Sierras Subbéticas Nature Park, near the towns of Carcabuey and Priego de Córdoba. With abundant water from its own spring, providing freshness and guaranteed water supply year-round. Its refurbished facilities include a large swimming pool (18.5 x 7.5 metres), with slide, lifeguard to enjoy the cool summer nights and grass areas for sunbathing.

The landscape surrounding El Molino de las Palomas is a traditional vegetable garden, with ancient walnut trees that provide its terrace with shade where it has some tables made of millstones, stone benches and a fountain often used to keep the fruit and vegetables cool in summer.

The thick walls and its location above a natural spring keep its interior with cool temperatures in summer and warm temperatures in winter.
