Building of the former Hospital de Todos los Santos, built in the 16th century and managed since the 17th century by the Hermandad de la Santa Caridad, dedicated to welfare and charitable work such as burying the most disadvantaged.

It is made up of three parallel naves divided by pointed arches on quadrangular pillars with a façade facing the old Carreras street and a back courtyard facing the Cárcel street. Nowadays, only two arcades of the original naves remain.

It was later used as a school and as the headquarters or bar of a neighbourhood association and finally rehabilitated as a Local History Centre where the Roman Lady is housed as well as the wonderful mosaic found in 2017 called "The Dolphins".

- Dama Romana. This is a white marble sculpture that seems to come from the quarries of Almadén de la Plata. It represents a female figure. A married woman of high social standing, probably a matron.

- Mosaic of the Dolphins. This is a mosaic from the ancient city of Naeva, which could be dated to the 3rd century AD. From its stylistic characteristics and from the data derived from the study of the materials, it is possibly a columned "atrium" belonging to an important urban "domus". The theme represented in the mosaic, which is richly polychrome, combines the elements of water and earth through the representation, located on the floor, of an abundance of fish fauna and a unique scene of satyrs and maenads around the rim of a well.
