Services are provided from the Park's Head Office. This is the estate's traditional farm building, which has been converted for use as the Technology Park's central offices, and now houses a series of services designed to satisfy the needs of companies and businesses.

The site has a series of constructive and decorative features which combine elements from popular traditional buildings with new concepts in architectural design: steel, water and glass.

Services available to companies include three meeting rooms of various capacities and suitable for different uses, as well as an Assembly Room seating up to 130 people.
