Guadalhorce Club de Golf
Guadalhorce Club de Golf is a Spanish - Finnish venture. The Kosti Kuronen designed course is a green oasis which provides a welcome escape from the Málaga city bustle and it has made a name for itself as one of the most hospitable clubs on the coast.
The front nine holes have a European feel and have been adapted to the mainly flat terrain. However, the rough is difficult and watch out for rolling banks and tricky greens. Considerable earthworks on the back nine have produced a more American style layout, with lakes, tropical vegetation and raised greens which are generally very large. Fairways are wide giving long hitters the chance to stretch themselves. T
he imposing Andalucian Manor House offers extensive social facilities, its own tennis club, swimming pool and excellent restaurant. The club hosts weekly competitions open to visitors.
