La Despensa
You can watch the sunset from La Despensa in a completely natural setting.
There is a classic service in the dining room, which harmoniously combines the principles of local cuisine with the most advanced techniques of the typical gastronomy of Cadiz in dishes such as clams with cod, millefeuille of Iberian pork fillet with aroma of Jabugo ham served with Pedro Ximénez sauce, or sea bass rolls stuffed with prawns and salmon with cava and locally-caught tuna cheeks. To finish the meal there is a range of desserts, all accompanied by the best wine selection from the restaurant’s wine cellar.
