El Aljibe
The Restaurant El Aljibe is located next to the Conference and Exhibition Centre in Cádiz.
Restaurant where Pablo Grosso prepares cuisine combining tradition and creativity. It is outstanding for its seasonal menus and certain specialities such as grouper with puff pastry, stuffed with shellfish and choriceros sauce, or Sanlúcar scrambled eggs with cod and potato. There is also an extensive cellar with more than 400 wines.
The restaurant has a pleasant terrace and private lounge-dining room for special celebrations, whether family or business.
