More than a restaurant, inspired by the modern global concept of recovering natural spaces, Marambay is a conceived as a leisure and restaurant complex that combines fine food, tradition, sport and environmental sustainability in a magnificent part of the Bay of Cádiz.
The Preciosa and Roqueta salt mines, as they were called, and the salt house come back to life in this project designed to recover the traditions and customs of our land and shape a new vision focused on the conservation of our environment.
Marambay promotes the rich natural resources of the Bay of Cádiz marshland and nature park to encourage a sustainable economy and tourism focused on safeguarding our cultural heritage.
It offers tours of the salt mines, oyster tastings and boat trips, plus function rooms and terraces for events.
