Alameda Apodaca is a beautiful spot in the city of Cádiz, ideal for a stroll and to cool down on hot summer's days.

It is a broad avenue with cobbled streets, with a variety of cobblestones forming geometrical designs.

There is an abundance of trees, filling this area with luxuriant, colourful vegetation. There are courses all along the streets and, unusually, they are interspersed with stone columns.

Especially characteristic here is the use of glazed ceramics and wrought iron, and the design of the lampposts is outstanding.

Open to the public.
