The apartment is in a brand new building with a lift and is located in the heart of the Barrio de la Viña neighbourhood just a few metres from the Playa de la Caleta beach. 

There is a spacious living-dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and a work area, a fully-equipped separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment has an unbeatable location, just a few metres from the Playa de la Caleta beach and very near the city's main attractions. Right next to the apartment you will find the Calle Virgen de la Palma where there are numerous bars and restaurants, including the Restaurante El Faro, one of the most renowned in Cádiz.
