The apartment has Wi-Fi internet connection, heat pump air-conditioning and heating.

In the surrounding area you will find a number of the city's attractions, including the Playa de Santa María del Mar beach, ideal for surfers and the Playa de La Victoria beach, said to be the best urban beach in Europe. It is located just a few metres from Erytheia Park, that has Phoenician, Punic and Roman remains. It also has excellent communications with the city centre, with city bus stops less than 5-minutes walk away.

If you are coming by car you can stop for a few moments below the apartment to unload your luggage or you can leave your car in the Varela Car Park less than 5 minutes from the apartment.
