It is on the ground floor of a recently refurbished building that has a lift. The apartment is in a very quiet area and has its own garage. It is located right opposite the Playa de Santa María beach and has a spacious living-dining room with plasma TV and a sofa chaise longue. There is a kitchenette fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Cádiz. It has laminated floors and exquisite finishing.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two 90cm single beds, each with its own bathroom, there is also a washroom. The apartment has a Wi-Fi Internet connection. 

The apartment is located just a few metres from the Playa Santa María del Mar beach, ideal for learning how to surf, and also a great starting point for visiting the historical town centre of Cádiz as it is a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral and 5 minutes from the Puertas de Tierra and the city walls. There are a number of supermarkets, restaurants and shops in the surrounding area so you should enjoy your stay in Cádiz.
