The flat has a large bedroom with a double bed, a living-cum-dining room, a bathroom with a bath and a separate kitchen. It is a very quiet flat, as the windows overlook a bright inner patio.

It is located in the city's historic quarter, very close to the central market and a few minutes on foot from La Caleta Beach, the only beach in the historic quarter.
