The apartment is located on the third floor of a traditional building in the historical centre of Cádiz. It is next to the Alameda and the San Carlos Walls and was the most protected area of the city during the assault of the Napoleonic troops during the 19th century. It features architecturally rich palatial houses and the Paseo de la Alameda promenade that has been popular for hundreds of years for taking a pleasant stroll with fantastic views of the picturesque Bahía de Cádiz and the defence walls of the historical city of Cádiz. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with two 90cm single beds. There is a Wi-Fi internet connection and air-conditioning throughout the apartment. 

There is a nice, spacious living-dining room equipped with a plasma TV and it leads on to a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Cádiz. There is a bathroom with shower decorated with mini-mosaic tiles. A prime feature is a private terrace ideal for enjoying the peace, tranquillity and a little privacy on sunny days.

The Ático Cádiz Centro Histórico Tourist Accommodation is less than 15 minutes from the Playa de La Caleta, the only beach located in the historical centre of the city, the scene of a thousand stories and an iconic feature of the city. It is just a two-minute walk to the city's Archaeological Museum that exhibits a number of historical remains such as a series of anthropomorphic Phoenician sarcophagi, unique in the world for their style. If you come by car, you can stop for a few moments below the apartment to unload your luggage. It is difficult to park in the historical town centre so we recommend you use the Canalejas Public Car Park that is less than 10 minutes from the apartment.
