Hotel-Apartamento Alquería de Morayma

The Alquería de Morayma aparthotel is in Cádiar, on the south face of the Sierra Nevada in the Alpujarra region. It is near the Guadalfeo river, and offers stunning views of the national park.

The Alquería de Morayma Rural Tourism Centre occupies an agroforestry estate with 40 hectares of organic crops, which offers the possibility of many activities related to the rural environment: winery, organic farming, courses, etc.

Furthermore, the original house has been turned into fully equipped hotel rooms and apartments, all with views of Sierra Nevada. The building is surrounded by a rural oasis of shade and water: strolling amongst the trees, you find the shrine, the winery, farm with stables for travellers on horseback and the multi-purpose room.

There is a sunny dining room, bar/dining area with fireplace, a cool cellar and outdoor seating area with views, where traditional cuisine is served: a variety of meat and bean casseroles, "gachas", "cortijero" rice, "olla gitana" vegetable stew, "ardorias" tomato and pepper paste.
