Olive Oil Museum
The Old Mill is housed in a stone building, a magnificent example of 19th-century industrial architecture. Today it is the Olive Oil Museum.
You can visit the Olive Oil Museum and go back in time by seeing the different methods and gadgets invented by man to extract the precious liquid gold that is olive oil from the olive. It is divided into two areas and includes life-size reconstructions of Greek and Roman presses, a hydraulic mill and modern artefacts used to extract olive oil. It shows how the oil is made and its different varieties.
