La Unión Sierra Cruzá
The Unión Sierra Cruzá is located in Jaen town of Cabra de Santo Cristo, there are just over 300 farmers who work and cultivate their own olive groves. The Picual olive tree is a native variety to the area, and continues to be grown here after thousands of years. They are grouped together in a cooperative and are known as: the La Unión Cooperative.
Winter: From Monday to Friday from 9 am. to 3 pm. and from 4 to 5 pm. Summer: From Monday to Friday from 8 am. to 3 pm.
