Bodegas Rodríguez Chiachio

Bodegas Rodríguez Chiachio is located in Cabra, in the heart of the Sierra Subbética Natural Park in the Province of Cordoba. Founded in 1942, it is a winery that produces and ages wines and vinegars and it pertains to the D.O. Montilla–Moriles, which is one of the oldest Denominations of Origin in Spain.

Later, following the line of seeking to produce that bring traditional flavours with the highest guarantees, comfort and the minimum effort to cooking, the “El Guiso” product range was expanded with vinegars, brandies, selected vegetable preserves, ready-made-meals such as oxtail, and extraordinary, traditional reductions of wines and vinegars that are unique due to their production process: over a low heat for hours.

Today, Rodríguez Chiachio S.L. combines tradition with more than seventy years of knowledge in the world of food and the great quality of wines and vinegars that rest in its old wine cellars.
