Bodeguita Los Naranjo

The Restaurante Bodeguita Los Naranjo is located right at the heart of Bollullos Par del Condado, and serves a traditional, simple Moorish-Andalusian cuisine, casseroles based on patiently-prepared sautés. Excellent cold meats and cured Iberian pork from the Sierra de Huelva mountains, fish and seafood from the coast, all accompanied by the wines from the Condado, which add aroma and flavour.

The secret of this cuisine is the traditional, home-made preparation, where all the ingredients are fresh and none are precooked, and in all that the wisdom of time has provided in this area so deep in the south of Europe. Desserts as in days gone by, home-made with must and evocative names like "arrope" (caramelised sugar) and "perrengo" (syrup).
