Bodegas Sauci

Founded in Bollullos Par del Condado in 1925, Bodegas Sauci began by selling wines in bulk but, by 1965, it had started bottling its own wines (Espinapura dry white). It has its own vineyards and a large cellar of American oak barrels.

One of the main features of this winery is the mixture of traditional elements with a brand image for the future, which has earned it numerous awards and distinctions. The rooms are arranged around a central courtyard and contain the following spaces: the warehouse for storing and aging in small and large barrels with its characteristic gabled, wood roof; the bottling and storage room; and a pleasant room for visits, where wine and menu matching, and tastings, take place.
