Kábilas
Banú Rabbah country hotel is in the heart of the Sierra de Ronda mountains, in spectacular surroundings. It has a small and inviting restaurant, Kábilas, which is dedicated to recovering recipes from Ronda’s traditional gastronomy, with a clearly Muslim or Andalusí influence. They often use traditionally-made produce for their basic ingredients.
Some of their recommendations include the "saltavallaos", the hearty fennel soup, meat salmorejo (a type of thick gazpacho), vegetarian couscous, or the "güevos bandoleros".
