In a haven of peace and tranquillity, on the outskirts of the small town of Benaoján, very near to Ronda, the Restaurante Molino del Santo occupies an old mill, which is part of the facilities of the Hotel of the same name.

Molino del Santo serves a cuisine based on traditional recipes from the area and the imaginative and creative use of fresh, local ingredients to serve you the best dishes from the region. The highlights are the light meals, the menus with a blend of 8 dishes, gourmet grills on summer nights and the menu of the month, which changes using the freshest seasonal produce.
