Benamahoma
Benamahoma (which comes from Arabic "sons of Mohammed -Mahoma-") is a district pertaining to Grazalema, lying 10 kilometres away among spectacular scenery at the foot of the Sierra del Pinar, one of the most attractive areas of Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.
The village is scattered by the side of the mountain, forming a set of great beauty that stands out in the white houses in contrast to the forest.
The village is known for the Fuente del Nacimiento (Fountain of Birth) and as the entry of Pinsapar, in addition to its festivals of Moors and Christians and the bull with rope.
