Fusion cuisine and live music come together at the Baboo Restaurant.

Located next to Benalmádena golf course, its dining room’s large windows and its terraces offer views of the Mediterranean on one side and the Mijas Mountains on the other. This charming setting, with live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, is ideal to stay on for a drink after dinner.

The menu at Baboo offers Mediterranean fusion cuisine using regional ingredients.

Special mention should be made of: goat’s cheese and foie gras served over apple compote; scallop carpaccio with dried fruit vinaigrette; salads, and the Baboo ox fillet burger with straw potatoes.

From the fish section, the cod fillet served on chickpea cream and Bierzo red pepper foam is outstanding.
