La Veranda
La Veranda produces personal, creative and modern cuisine that combines traditional Basque food with the flavours of Southern Spain. The result is an innovative concept in gastronomy.
The menu features an appetising selection of seafood that is transformed into sensational dishes such as chilled pine kernel soup with blue fish, seasonal mushrooms and herring caviar; roast sea bass topped with Swiss chard sauce and served with mustard pil pil and sesame salad, and red mullet with crispy scale crystals, saffron-infused rock fish broth and black olive sauce.
The meat dishes include Roasted pigeon breast, wild wheat, Idiazabal cheese and cherries, and char-grilled beef sirloin, potato terrine, Iberian bacon and mushroom marmalade.
The dessert menu is varied, including chocolate soufflé with caramel, cinnamon and cocoa juice.
Tuesday to Saturday, 8pm to 11pm. (dinner only).
