La Curva
In Baza, next to the old road to Granada, La Curva offers the best fish and shellfish, selected every morning by the owner in the port of Garrucha.
Traditional recipes with a distinctive flavour, the freshest seasonal ingredients and the excellent escabeche are the main protagonists of this cuisine, along with the freshest fish and shellfish, and they are proud of their Segura lamb —chops and roast leg of suckling lamb— and also their home-made stews and their tuna and marinated partridge.
At La Curva, the "salpicón de marisco" (shellfish salad), the razorfish and the deep-sea rose shrimp from Garrucha are impressive.
