El Retinto Tapas
Located in Barbate, Gerardo Ortega has committed himself to El Retinto Tapas, a restaurant specialising in Retinta beef (traditional Andalusian breed). Convinced of the high quality of this meat, he prepares it roasted on an oak charcoal grill.
