Salazones Herpac

Salazones Herpac are in Barbate, Cadiz. It is a factory for salted, preserved and smoked fish with more than 25 years of experience. Today, it has one floor with the latest technological progress for the manufacture of products: smoked and salted fish, such as mojama, tuna, tuna roe, octopus, ling roe, tuna belly and tuna mojama amongst others.

There are tours of the Salazones Herpac factory where you can see the artisanal production processes, as well as a tuna being quartered.

Salazones Herpac provides a tasting at the end of your visit.
