Obrador de Pastelería Tres Martínez
Confiteria Tres Martínez is a family business founded in 1886 (it is currently in its third generation). It produces homemade pastries, cakes, chocolates, ice creams and desserts for restaurants and caterers. Of the over one hundred different types of cakes it makes, six are included in the Natural Park of Andalusia brand.
Located in the Cadiz town of Barbate, in the region of the Litoral de La Janda coast, Tres Martínez is an example of commitment to artisanal good practices, combined with factors that are as relevant to 21st-century companies as technological innovation, quality, training, respect for the environment, etc.
