Aceites Baécula
Aceites Baécula are in the Jaén town of Bailén, At the Almazara San Joséonly olives of the PICUAL variety, which is the main variety in the area, are processed. Fruit that reaches its facilities comes mostly from Bailén but also from the areas of Baños del Encina, Guarromán, La Carolina, Carboneros, Linares, Jabalquinto, Villanueva de la Reina, Mengíbar, and even areas of the provinces of Granada, Cordoba and Almería.
Over the years that this company has been in production, there have been and are many of the region's olive growers who continue to put their trust in the experience and know-how of this family, as part of the culture of olive groves and production has been handed down from generation to generation amongst its own growers, and their children and grandchildren are some of the harvesters at this oil mill today.
This is why fruit from over 800 growers is processed at its facilities, reaching an average production of 8,500,000 kg of olives every year.
