In Baeza, La Almazara has a privileged location opposite the Baeza Town Hall, and you can enjoy a good glass of wine and a tapa made with its "liquid gold" as you sit on its terrace.

Using extra virgin olive oil, La Almazara prepares specialities from the vegetable garden, such as Almazara salad, asparagus, wild mushrooms, artichokes stuffed with cod, bean casserole, piquillo peppers… etc. It also has succulent meats, such as oxtail, leg of kid, suckling pig, house pâtés, partridge in escabeche… As regards fish, they recommend you try their delicious monkfish and prawn brochettes.
