Almazara El Alcazar

Almazara El Alcazar is an olive oil mill located on the outskirts of Baeza, a World Heritage city in Jaén. It is one of the oil mills that has most embraced high technology and innovation, recently rebranding the EVOO they produce under the Olibaeza brand.

At our olive cooperative, we are passionate about sharing our methods for producing one of the best extra virgin olive oils (EVOO) in the province of Jaén, which has won awards in various national and international competitions. We are also proud to be part of the Oleotur Jaén Oil Route's olive oil tourism programme, offering guided tours of our modern facilities.

During the tour, you will learn about the production, packaging and marketing process of our award-winning EVOO. In a guided tasting, you will learn about the aromas and flavours that make our extra virgin olive oil unique, allowing you to appreciate this product from a new perspective.
