Vandelvira Restaurant
Vandelvira is a luxury restaurant in a small palace designed by the architect of the same name. The food is made from local ingredients. To accompany the dishes there is a well-selected wine list including top designations of origin at reasonable prices.
The Vandelvira restaurant that occupies part of the Cloister in the San Francisco Convent is in Baeza old town, in one of the city’s many monuments, in the old corridors where the Franciscans lived their daily life between the 17th and 19th Centuries.
Vandelvira serves regional, creative market cuisine using the finest fresh seasonal ingredients prepared beautifully, with an impeccable technique and professional service, to the delight of customers. Some of its more popular dishes are partridge pâté with a virgin olive oil base, partridge-and-spinach stuffed pig’s trotters in a carrot sauce, cod "Baeza style" artichokes with lamb sweetbreads, creamy truffled potatoes, among others.
At Vandelvira restaurant the indoor courtyard is the ideal place for celebrations, receptions, business functions, and so on.
