The Quesería artesanal Los Peña de Baena is in the town of Baena, in the Comarca del Guadajoz and Campiña Este of Cordoba. The Manosalva estate makes products of unquestionable quality, as shown by the several awards they have won.

This cheese factory, founded in 2003, has 1,500 goats of the Malaga breed, one of the most populated herds in the region.

Los Peña offers a wide variety of products made with fresh, cured and semi-cured cheese; cheese and paprika, in rosemary, in oil and cured cheese made from raw milk; cottage cheese, rice pudding, milk caramel dessert, sweet egg custard, crème caramel and cheesecake.

There is a new tastings room at their factory where you can try 25 varieties of homemade cheese and stewed or roasted goat; a quartering room and a slaughterhouse for sheep and goats.

The Quesos Hermanos Peña Párraga factory organises tours where you can see the whole production process for the 25 varieties of cheese it makes. It also offers cheese tastings, along with meals based on recipes and dishes using goat's meat, arranged in advance.
