The history of Conservas Concepción is linked to the city of Ayamonte, Huelva, from the end of the 19th century to the present day. Conservas Concepción continues to apply the same artisan methods to its manufacturing processes, which do not use any chemical or mechanical intervention on the raw ingredients and does not add preservatives or artificial colorings.

The fish, selected at the ports of origin, is processed by more than 100 workers, entirely manually, throughout the whole production process, with only the highest quality Andalusian oils being added to the final product.

Visit today's Conservas Concepción factory and you will be able to learn about the production process of its preserves: fish reception area, scaling and gutting room, canning of the product, oiling and sealing of the cans, sterilisation of the cans, warehouse and store.
