Ingredientes

For 4 people
  • 1.5 kg. cornflour
  • 600 g. tender green peppers
  • 600 kg. ripe tomatoes
  • 600 g. onions
  • 16 garlic cloves
  • 1 kg. small anchovies
  • Ground coriander, pepper, saffron and oregano
  • Virgin olive oil

Preparation

Mix the cornflour with warm water and make a dough like a pizza dough, but with edges one finger wide, so it looks like a casserole dish.

Separately, in another bowl, prepare a mixture of diced tomato, onion and pepper. Add the anchovies, spices, oil, saffron and salt. Mix it all together well and spread it on the ten tartlets that you have prepared. Put the tartlets in the oven until they begin to golden on top and look juicy.
