Finca Las Manillas
The Las Manillas Farm, located in Arquillos, Jaén, is an oil mill that also has an olive oil cellar and restaurant.
It dates back to 1878, with this being the fourth generation of producers. The factory was built in 1935 and was reopened to the public in 2015. They produce early harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil under the brands "Noviembre" and "Las Manillas".
During visits to the facilities, in addition to visiting the store, you can participate in farm activities, observe cellar and bottling operations, and taste the EVOO varieties and products derived from them.
